As a customer you have the option of free school delivery or home delivery at an extra cost of £4.95 per order. Unless selected at check-out all orders will be processed for free school delivery.
Delivery of your order takes approximately 7-10 working days to be completed and dispatched, this is dependant on stock levels at the time of placing your order. In the busy summer period when stocks are low orders can take longer. It is always best to order well in advance at this time of year.
If we are out of stock of an item we will send an email letting you know expected delivery and may offer you an alternative garments/size or the option to wait until stock arrives. In extreme cases we will offer you a refund.
An email will be sent to you to notify you that your order is complete and the date of dispatch. You will then be able to collect your garments from the school office. It is important to be aware that most schools will not hand out orders to school children and must be collected in person.
Please note that depending on which carrier we use for home deliveries, orders could take another 2-3 days to be delivered.
